I am a professional in the field of psychology and holds a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from University of Delhi and licensed Rehabilitation Psychologist. I had interned at Institute of Human behaviour and Allied sciences under the Psychology as well as Psychiatry department, also previously worked as a visiting psychologist at old age homes and special schools. I also worked as a clinical psychologist as well as a creative movement therapist and dance movement psychotherapist at Asha Hai & Centre for dance Movement Psychotherapy.
Apart from this also worked as visiting psychologist at tie-up school- Shri ram early year as well as visiting counselling psychologist at Neurology sleep centre & Sitaram institute of science and research and at a Goa based organisation working for Mental Health along life span.

Her expertise lies in working through integrating Expressive Therapies to foster awareness and encouraging emotional growth during the healing process.Her own encounters with the healing power of dance and movement as an Indian classical dancer further developed an interest in her to help children and adults addressing developmental, emotional and spiritual through DMT.
She has delivered various art based therapy sessions with a variety of individuals or in groups in the Non Governmental Sectors,Hospitals and Educational Institutions.Her own ability to merge arts and revelations of psyche inspired her to teach improvised movement as a way of treating social, emotional, cognitive, and physical problems.
